Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

This page lists every piece of personal data Free AI Girlfriend handles, why, for how long, and how to ask for it to be shown or deleted. It applies to readers everywhere, with the rights of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Who is responsible

Free AI Girlfriend is published by Le Bazar de Babylone, a single-shareholder company (SASU) registered in France, company number 949 972 475. Privacy requests go to privacy@freeaigfs.com; the postal address is on the legal mentions page.

What the site keeps

What the site does not do

No audience measurement runs on the site today: no analytics or session-recording tool is loaded, whatever you answer in the cookie bar. There is no advertising tracker, no newsletter and no account to create. Personal data is never sold or shared for marketing.

If a measurement tool is added later, it will load only after you click Accept, and this page will name it, say what it collects and give its retention period before it goes live.

Links to the apps

Some links to the apps reviewed here are affiliate links. When you click one, the affiliate network that counts the referral, and then the app, receive the usual data of any web request (IP address, browser type, the page you came from) under their own privacy policies. The site sends them nothing else about you.

Legal basis (GDPR)

How long data is kept

Hosting logs: for the period Vercel applies to its logs. Emails: until your request is settled, then deleted. The two browser entries: until you clear them in your browser.

Processors and transfers

Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards approved by the European Commission (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider).

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask to:

Write to privacy@freeaigfs.com. You get an answer within 30 days.

Adults only

Free AI Girlfriend is meant for readers aged 18 or over, and no data is knowingly collected from minors. If you think a minor has written to the site, tell privacy@freeaigfs.com and the messages will be deleted.

Changes and complaints

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If you live in the EU and feel a request was not handled properly, you can complain to your data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
