JOI hands out its free Neurons in three places, and two of them are on Discord. So the free tier here works less like a fixed allowance and more like a short side quest: sign up, link an account, join a server, and the 10 Neurons you started with turn into 210. What do 10 Neurons and a Discord login get you?

Neurons are JOI’s currency, and the whole free tier is counted in them. This is everything a free account holds:

Do the Discord part before the flirting part. At 4 Neurons a read, the signup 10 cover two romantic replies. With the 200 from Discord you have room for around fifty, which is a first evening rather than a hello. Photos, clips, a video call: what’s free and what costs Neurons?

Picture the end of a long evening. She’s been teasing you for an hour about what she’s wearing, and you finally ask. The photo that comes back is her in a black slip, one strap off her shoulder, looking into the camera like she knew it was you asking.

Video calls are the treat to save up for. The call opens and she’s there, hair down, waiting for you to speak first. How do you cancel, and what will your bank show?

Plans renew automatically. To stop, go to Settings, then My Subscriptions, choose the subscription and follow the steps; Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Premium switches on the moment you pay, so JOI’s refund policy covers set cases: proven card fraud, a Neuron purchase made by mistake (once, refunded in full if unused and in part if partly spent), and an account JOI closes itself. Requests go to JOI’s support within 14 days, and the first answer comes within 72 hours.

Charges show on your statement as “joi.com”. You can pay by card, prepaid cards included, by Google Pay or Apple Pay, or in crypto where it’s offered, and card payments go through Visa Secure or Mastercard ID Check.

Who runs joi.com for a US visitor?

For visitors in the United States, JOI’s terms name Lanoto Solutions Inc., based in New Rochelle, New York; European visitors deal with Novi Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus. The official site is joi.com, available in six languages, and joiai.pro is a separate site run by someone else. Age checks go through VerifyMyAge: an email check in the background, a face estimate or an ID depending on where you live, and JOI keeps no copy.
